Kisses from Daddy

My daddy has a game he plays with me all the time. He will just sit and kiss me over and over and over and over and well...I think you get the picture. He keeps doing it and making all these sounds...and it is so fun. We love to play this game. Daddy is trying to teach me to kiss him back...but I dont know that I am ready for all that! Yet, look...he got me! I love my daddy. He rocks! :D

Bigger and Bigger

See how much I have grown! I am starting to be strong enough that I only need to hold on to Mommy or Daddy with one hand and I can sit up! I don't need a lot of assistance anymore. Take a peek!

Getting bigger

I am starting to hold on to things all the time now. Mommy and Daddy gave me a rattle to hold onto. It was so much fun. It made lots of noise an it tasted really good too! I would shake it and shake it and shake it and then my little fingers would get tired and I'd drop it. So then Mommy would put it in my other hand..sheesh didn't she know I said I was TIRED! ;) I am sleeping a lot and when Daddy took me to the doctor last week...I was 15 pounds! Yeah, Mommy keeps saying her left arm is going to have a NICE looking bicep....hmm...is that a good thing?

GO VIKINGS GO VIKINGS

Mommy has started me off on the right path...PURPLE AND GOLD PURPLE AND GOLD! Now my Granny Frances doesn't think that I have on the right colors, but these are the only ones I have. Mommy says these are the only colors that matter! ;) I do know that I had a blast that Monday at daycare! One of my friends there had on THE OTHER COLORS...it was very fun though. Everyone thought I was so cute! Well..I mean hello! I am a princess so of course I am cute! But...anyway...mommy isn't sure that it will fit me much more though. I am growing pretty fast!

3 Months Old!!

Well...I finally made it. I am 3 months old! Mommy keeps saying she can't believe how big I have gotten in that time...but I am just growin like crazy. I smile all the time at things now and I even smile at nothing! I still LOVE bright shiny things, especially the chandelier above the table in our house. It is so shiny it makes me smile all the time. I am sleeping more during the night and am finally back to my schedule so that I am not waking up all the time. I have started daycare too. I am just such a big girl it is crazy! Mommy has even had to pack up a bunch of my clothes to pack away because we don't have room to keep all the ones that I DON"T fit into anymore. I LOVE being 3 months old!

Playin around

When I got home from Minnesota I was playing around with Mommy. I was laughing and laughin and laughing. Then anytime Mommy would grab camera I would cover my face with my hands. Mommy couldnt get a good picture! It was SOO funny. She kept laughing at me. I did it like 3 times! Mommy finally gave up getting a good smiling picture of me this day!

My OTHER family

When I was home I got to see Mommy's OTHER family. They would be Dale, Cindy, Amy and Mike. There are pictures of Mike holding me when I was visiting Grandma in July, but I never got to see Amy. So she came over to see me when we were home. I was sleepy when she got there but I woke up just for her! Then Amy's mom, Cindy, came over. So, she got to hold me too. I tell ya...I am a HIT when I am back in Minnesota! :D

More Minnesota Pictures

Look at Papa and his 2 girls! Lucie was VERY happy and I was just chillin. I seem to do that a lot. I'm pretty laid back just like Daddy is.
Then there we are with Grandma too! We sure had our picture taken a lot when we were home. But Lucie and I are so cute it is hard not to take pictures of us! :D

My family

I used to think that my family was only Me, my mommy and my daddy.



But did you know that my family is a LOT bigger than all that. I have already met some of them...but we all got together for a wedding when we were home in MN... Look at all the people that I got to meet!

My Cousin Lucie

Well...my cousin Lucie and I finally got to spend some time together. She is only 2 months older than I am, but man I am jealous. She can do lots more things than I can! I can't WAIT until I am as big as her! Mommy says that I already AM as big as her, but then why can't I do all those things? I think she means I weigh a lot. I just like to eat! There is nothing wrong with that...my doctor even said so! Anyway...Lucie and I had time to sit and stare at each other and decide what the deal was with the other. Personally, I think she is pretty cool and I think we are going to grow up to be great friends. I can't wait!

All my cousins

Well, I FINALLY got to get some pictures with both of my cousins. Don't Lucie and I look sooo pretty? Grandma Judy bought us the same outfit to wear to the wedding. It was great. I think we both looked pretty adorable. Then there is our older cousin Gavin. He loves to help when it comes to us girls. I am the baby of the group, but we are waiting for another cousin in January and then I won't be the youngest anymore. YIPPEE!!
We even got pictures with Grandma Judy and Papa Keith with all three of us grandkids. I know they were loving having us all there. It was tons of fun!

Fire Chief

Well, when I was in MN I became a TRUE member of the fire crew...JUST LIKE DADDY! I guess I am all ready for the next fire...I wonder...can I keep my pacifier in my mouth or will I need the oxygen mask instead....hmmmmmm.... "DADDY! I HAVE A QUESTION!"

The night before

The night before I was getting ready to leave for Minnesota I must have been pretty tired. Mommy was making dinner and I wouldn't let her put me down...and she had to keep cooking. SO, she put me in my snuggli and I fell right to sleep. I love being in that thing! I am right next to Mommy and I get to see everything which I love. I get to look around and everyone thinks it is great at how alert I am. I mean you would be alrert too if there were so many lights for YOU to look at! But for some reason I must have been too excited to go to see my grandparents because I was OUT. So much for Mommy teaching me how to cook! Well, I guess there is time for that.

WOW it's been forever

I look weary don't I? PHEW!
I have been SOOO busy with everything that Mommy and Daddy have me doing that I haven't had a chance to get to the computer so forgive me for there being no updates!
The biggest thing is that I got to go on an airplane again! This time Mommy and Daddy took me to Minnesota to see Grandma Judy and Papa Keith again. We had so much fun. I got to see so many people and it was a blast. I have TONS of pictures. Here are some random picutres of me when I was home in MN and then I will get into the details of my trip!

Snapshots

Mommy and Daddy take WAY too many pictures of me. I have been hiding my smile from them for awhile so they dont' have that caught on film other than the first time. I am sure Mommy will get me sooner or later though. Anyway, Mommy has some pictures of me on the computer that I figured I'd just show off and share because I can! Plus, I look kinda cute if I do say so myself! We are heading to Minnesota tomorrow so I KNOW that I will have TONS to post when I get back. Knowing my mom, she will take WAY too many pictures again!

The Brown's

Well, Mommy, me, Isaiah and Miss Josie went to see Miss Tina and her sons Christopher and Nicholas. They live in Waldorf, MD and Miss Tina teaches with Mommy and Josie. We had a lot of fun when we were there. Those boys sure are active. I can't WAIT until I get to be right in there playing with them. We tried to make a train of the 4 of us, but we didn't do a very good job and I started to get a little frustrated...attempting to get 3 boys doing what you want them to do isn't easy! Mommy told me that it doesn't get any easier when you are older either! ;)

Miss Tina liked holding me since she has 2 boys but I am not sure that Christopher was very happy his mommy was holding someone other than him. He sat with us whenever I was on his mommy's lap. It was okay though, I liked him.

Here is Mommy with me and Christopher again. He really liked my mommy too. It was just a very fun day. I can't wait to go back again when I am bigger and can give those boys a run for their money! ;)

I'm a lion cub!

Daddy calls me his little lion cub when Mommy holds me in a special way to make my tummy feel better. When I am fussy I really like to be on my tummy and so Mommy holds me just like this. Daddy loves it because I wrap my arms around Mom's arms and it looks like I am holding on. Really I just need a place for my arms because I trust my mom. I know I don't have to be afraid. I fall asleep like this lots. I like it the best when Mommy is standing up but sometimes she tricks me and sits down and keeps moving so I don't complain much then.

In the BIG bed!

Well, Mommy put me in her bed! I didn't like that I couldn't see what she was doing while she was getting ready from my basinette so mommy took me out and put me in her bed. It was great. I was all comfy with all these pillows and blankets. It was a little chilly in there so I am glad Mommy put the covers on me. I was just chillin...I could get used to that! See look...I was almost asleep!

Then when I was lying there watching Mommy get ready up came Daddy and Bailey! Bay decided that he needed to lay with me as well. It was a lot of fun just Bailey and I there, but Mommy was right there. See...Bay and I are both looking at her! He loves me though. He comes and sits by Mommy's feet everytime I cry or fuss. The other day he thought I was crying while I was on Mommy's lap and he couldn't figure out what was wrong. But it was a baby on TV! Mommy thought that was pretty funny!

Playing with Daddy

I have so much fun with my daddy...but LOOK AT HIM TEASING ME! He took my paci out of my mouth and I had to come and get it! Mommy tells me that he did the same thing with my cousin Gavin and my Auntie Alicia and Uncle Scotty's wedding. So, I guess this is nothing new with my daddy. It's okay...I got it back! :D Yippee for me!

Writing my blog

Wow...I tell you...it is hard work to keep up with this blog. It doesn't help any when Mommy doesn't upload the pictures from the camera for a long time. So when she finally does I have a TON of catching up to do! So, I am sorry there are so many posts here, but I am workin my little behind off to get more pictures out to you. Here I am hard at work! Actually, I was taking a break and checking out to see what my cousin Lucie was up to on HER blog. I hope you all like the pictures. I am sorry I have taken so long to update...but just blame my mom!
